I was born and raised in Savannah, but made Richmond Hill my home upon graduating high school. After attending AASU, pursuing a degree in civil engineering, I started my career in the total opposite direction, sales! At age 25, I began working for WJCL and WTGS television stations as an account executive, with one goal in mind- to brand Richmond Hill. While at the television station, I created concepts to portray the uniqueness of Richmond Hill to a broad audience. I have always felt that with images better than words, you can show what this community has to offer. This was ultimately what drew me to Reflections. Everything inside of this magazine helps people in some way.
I promised myself that I would do both something I love and something that is rewarding, and finally I do! I married my husband Scott Pflibsen in 2007 and had my beautiful daughter on St. Patrick’s Day 2009. Life is beginning to feel complete.
